10″ x 6″ Access Door

This access door was developed to provide easy access into air ducts and units, and to provide a solid, leak proof door that is simple to install with self-adhesive template for the exact size of duct opening required. The insulated door has a smooth interior finish and has been tested to +20” W.G. and -10” W.G. with no leakage noted. This access door is UL classified FHC 25/50.

Installation Tip — Peel the backing off the template included with the access door and apply to duct in the desired location. Cut around the edge of the template with Metalmaster M6R Offset Snips, cuts left (if right handed) or Metalmaster M7R Offset Snips, cuts right (if left handed).
Loosen the knobs /wing-nuts, but do not remove. Insert the door into the opening at an angle and center the door. Finger-tighten the knobs/wing-nuts. Do not over tighten.
